At Lash Renaissance, your time and ours are valuable. To ensure every client receives the best experience, we enforce the following policies regarding late arrivals and no-shows:
Late Arrivals
A 5-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments.
Arrivals beyond the grace period may result in appointment cancellation.
If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate you, arriving late may reduce your service time to avoid delaying the next client.
No-Shows
Clients with more than one no-show will be required to prepay for future appointments to secure their booking.
We value your understanding and cooperation in respecting these policies, as they help us provide a seamless and professional experience for all clients.
Refund Policy
At Lash Renaissance, we take great pride in providing high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. Due to the time, energy, and expertise invested in every appointment, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
If you experience any issues with your set, please:
Contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.
Provide a clear picture of your lashes to help us assess the issue.
We will schedule you as soon as possible to address your concerns, but please note that we will only fix the specific issue you report.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Lash Renaissance, we understand that life happens, and you may need to adjust your appointment. To ensure fairness to all clients and proper scheduling, we enforce the following policy:
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe will result in the loss of your deposit.
A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows
Appointments canceled on the same day or clients who fail to show up for their scheduled time will also forfeit their deposit.
By respecting this policy, you allow us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule efficiently. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Sick Policy
At Lash Renaissance, the health and well-being of everyone is a top priority. As an independent service provider who is immunocompromised, I am especially prone to illness and cannot risk exposure. To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for myself and my clients, the following policy is strictly enforced:
If You Are Sick:
Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or show symptoms of illness such as coughing, sneezing, or a sore throat.
Notify me as soon as possible, and I will work with you to reschedule your appointment without penalty.
If You Arrive Sick:
If you arrive showing signs of illness, I reserve the right to refuse service. Your deposit will not be refunded, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

I rely on my clients to respect this policy to prevent disruptions in service and safeguard my health.

Deposit Policy
At Lash Renaissance, all appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
The deposit amount will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.
If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice to transfer your deposit to the new appointment. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of the deposit, and a new depositwill be required to book.
This policy ensures fairness and allows us to dedicate our time and attention to all clients. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policies.
Payment Policy
At Lash Renaissance, we strive to make payments convenient for all clients. We accept the following payment methods:

Cash (exact amount preferred, as we may not have change available)
We also accept service trades for select situations, which must be discussed and approved in advance.
